<br />200806200 <br /> <br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That I, ZOLA RUTH WILLIAMS, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby <br />constitute and appoint ALLEN E. WILLIAMS, of Lincoln, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney-in- <br />fact (herein called "Attorney") for me and in my name, and in case of his death or incompetency or <br />in the event that he fails to act as such Attorney, then I do hereby constitute and appoint KRlSTY <br />S. WILLIAMS, of Lincoln, Nebraska, my true and lawful Attorney for me and in my name. <br />A. This power of attorney shall become immediately effective. <br />B. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 30-2664 to 30-2672, Reissue Revised Statutes <br />of Nebraska, 1995, I declare that this power of attorney shall not be affected by my subsequent <br />disability or incapacity, and that the authority granted herein shall continue during any period while <br />I am disabled or incapacitated. Further, pursuant to said sections, all such authority shall continue <br />after my death until notice of such death shall have been received by my Attorney so that he has <br />actual knowledge ofthe fact that I have died. Any action taken in good faith by said Attorney during <br />any period while it is uncertain whether I am alive, before he receives actual knowledge of my death, <br />or, in any event, taken during any period while I am disabled or incapacitated, shall be as valid as <br />if I were alive, competent, and not disabled. <br />C. This Durable Power of Attorney revokes and supersedes all pnor executed <br />instruments of like import, and remains operative until revoked. <br />D. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, my Attorney is authorized: <br />1. To enter upon and take possession of any lands, buildings, tenements or other <br />structures, or any part or parts thereof, that may belong to me or to the possession whereof I may be <br />entitled; <br />2. To ask, collect and receive any rents, profits, issues or income of any and all of such <br />lands, buildings, tenements or other structures, or of any part or parts thereof; <br />3.
