<br />You are hereby given Notice of Default under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Terry L. Pullins and Jody L. Pullins, husband and
<br />wife, dated October 22, 2001, and recorded October 29, 2001, as
<br />Document No. 0200110912 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; said Deed of Trust securing the following
<br />property:
<br />
<br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK TWENTY SIX (26), RUSSEL WHEELER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, commonly known as 1023 N. Wheeler Avenue,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />
<br />said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of
<br />Trust.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has
<br />occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became
<br />due and payable under a note dated October 22, 2001, in the
<br />principal sum of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THREE
<br />DOLLARS and THIRTY FOUR CENTS ($44,593.34), with a total principal
<br />balance due and owing as of July IS, 2008, of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND
<br />EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($39,800.00), unpaid interest of THREE
<br />HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS and EIGHTY FIVE CENTS ($314.85), for a
<br />total payoff of FORTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIX DOLLARS and TWENTY
<br />THREE ($40,206.23), and per diem interest accruing at the rate of
<br />$8.99 from and after July 15, 2008.
<br />
<br />In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, Five
<br />Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this default
<br />and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute ~76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee,
<br />determined to sell or cause to be sold
<br />satisfy the obligations referred to above.
<br />
<br />Five Points Bank, has
<br />the trust property to
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within Thirty (30) days of the
<br />filing of this Notice, and the obligations of the Deed of Trust
<br />may be thereby reinstated as provided in Nebraska Statute ~76-1012.
