PULLINS and JODY L. PULLINS <br />403 W. 13~ Street, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 <br /> <br />You are hereby given Notice of Default under a Deed of Trust <br />executed by Terry L. Pullins and Jody L. Pullins, husband and <br />wife, dated October 22, 2001, and recorded October 29, 2001, as <br />Document No. 0200110912 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska; said Deed of Trust securing the following <br />property: <br /> <br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK TWENTY SIX (26), RUSSEL WHEELER'S <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, commonly known as 1023 N.
