Leamans shall forthwith execute, acknowledge and deliver to WBW, clo its attorney of record in the Boundary Line Suit, Donald J. Buresh, a quitclaim deed in the form and content of that, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "B", and by this reference incorporated herein. WBW shall forthwith, upon such delivery, cause such deed to be filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 5. Leamans shall forthwith date and execute, cause their attorney of record in the Boundary Line Suit, Arend R. Baack, to date and execute, and deliver to WBW, clo its attorney of record in the Boundary Line Suit, Donald J. Buresh, a dismissal without prejudice in the form and content of that, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "C", and by this reference incorporated herein. WBW shall forthwith, upon such delivery, cause such dismissal to be filed with the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the Boundary Line Suit. 6. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, covering everything agreed upon or understood in the transaction. There are no oral promises, conditions, representations, understandings, interpretations, or terms of any kind as conditions or inducements to the execution hereof, or in effect between the parties hereto, except as expressed in this Agreement. No change or addition shall be made to this Agreement except by a written document signed and acknowledged by all parties hereto, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 7. This Agreement, and each and every document related to this Agreement, shall be governed by, and be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nebraska.
