<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />HAROLD J GREEN III AND BARBARA K GREEN. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 24. 2003 and recorded MAY 27. 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200306575 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
