<br />THAT WHEREAS,.. all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Howard
<br />D. Hassett and Deann L Hasset, Husband and Wife, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named herein, dated April 09, 2004 and recorded May 25, 2004 as instrument
<br />#200405160 in Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Grand Island, Nebraska, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
