Said Notice of <br />Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Rona Rae Kucera and Stephen D. Kucera, as wife and husband, as <br />Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as Beneficiary and Columbus Federal Savings Bank <br />is the Trustee.
