<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record May 6, 2008, and recorded in the
<br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200803847. Said Notice of
<br />Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Rona Rae Kucera and Stephen D. Kucera, as wife and husband, as
<br />Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as Beneficiary and Columbus Federal Savings Bank
<br />is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record February 29, 1996 and recorded in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 96-101466.
<br />
<br />On or about March 8, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded
<br />March 20, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-102042.
<br />
<br />On or about June 28, 2002, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. The Assignment was recorded
<br />September 7, 2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200408897.
<br />
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
