Lindahl & Deta F. <br />Lindahl, Husband and Wife, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on July 23,1991, recorded as Docwnent No. 91-104784, and on June 4,1996, recorded <br />as Docwnent No. 96-104333, and Modifications of Deeds of Trust recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June 8, 1999, entered as Instrument No. 99-105826, <br />on June 18,2002, as Instrument No. 0200206146, and on July 26,2005, entered as Instrument No. <br />0200507127, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3) in Block Sixteen (16) in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all swns secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, thi,s ~~th day of July, 2008. <br /> <br />. ~<-v :.?~~o.!.~.~1'1t: FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />, ~ .....o~p R"q';....r <br />..
