<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents ~
<br />and Leases hereinafter referred to as "Deed of Trust" dated November 9, 2007, and filed November 21, 2007, as ~

<br />Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in
<br />consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
