Hoefling and Lisa M. ~ <br />Hoefling, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and c:--~. <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Denny T. Prier and Vicki L.
