(J) c..J Z <br /> U'l 0 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds <br /> <br />PERMANENT INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that SPRINGDALE LLC, a limited <br />liability Company, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and <br />other valuable consideration received from Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, <br />and confirms unto the <br /> <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />A municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, the <br />following described permanent easement for the purpose of the perpetuation of joint, mutual <br />and free access from and to the right of way including the road or highw'lY to be used by all <br />respective occupants, licensees and owners of properties adjoining and abutting said <br />permanent easement situated in Hall County, and State of Nebraska, to wit; <br /> <br />A PERMANENT INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT CONSISTING OF THE NORTH <br />10 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 3 OF SPRINGDALE <br />SECOND SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />Said Grantor does hereby understand and agree that where said permanent easement adjoins <br />or abuts another easement obtained for like purposes that both easements are to be used for <br />mutual and joint access by all respective occupants, licensees and owners of properties <br />adjoining and abutting both of said easements and further said Grantor does understand and <br />agree that said permanent easement shall remain in full force and effect even though it is not <br />being actively used for access purposes or though it is being used for other purposes, or in <br />affect, regardless of the reason. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />06 <br /> <br />~~~ <br />
