<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Vince Dowding, Attorney at Law, under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 6, 1998 executed by B. E. Burhoop and Bev J. Burhoop, husband and wife,
<br />in which Sharon K. Smith and Ronald L. Smith are named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98-103282, on the 9th day of April, 1998, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Vince Dowding, as Trustee, has received from Sharon
<br />K. Smith and Ronald L. Smith, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST
<br />QUARTER (N1/2NE1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-FOUR (24), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN
<br />NORTH, RANGE TEN (10), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS: COMMENCING ON THE EAST LINE
<br />OF SAID SECTION 24 AT A POINT THIRTY FEET (30') NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST
<br />CORNER OF THE N1/2NE1/4; RUNNING THENCE NORTH ALONG AND UPON THE
<br />EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 24 A DISTANCE OF 82.5 FEET; RUNNING THENCE WEST
<br />AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 24, A DISTANCE OF 258
<br />FEET; RUNNING THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID
<br />SECTION 24, A DISTANCE OF 82.5 FEET; RUNNING THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL TO
<br />THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 24 A DISTANCE OF 258 FEET TO THE POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
