E. Burhoop and Bev J. Burhoop, husband and wife, <br />in which Sharon K. Smith and Ronald L. Smith are named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98-103282, on the 9th day of April, 1998, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Vince Dowding, as Trustee, has received from Sharon <br />K. Smith and Ronald L.
