<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated February 2, 2008, executed by Max Rauert Jr and Virginia Rauert by Max
<br />Rauert Jr, POA, Husband and Wife, Connie Lewandowski, a Single Woman, Deborah Nannen and
<br />Douglas Nannen, Wife and Husband, Jennifer F. Willman and Kurtis L. Willman, Wife and
<br />Husband, Rachael Rauert, a Single Person and minor, by Ruth Rauert her mother, and Benjamin
<br />Rauert, a Single Person and minor, by Ruth Rauert his mother, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on February 6, 2008, recorded as Instrument No.
<br />0200800936, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (Nl/2 NWl/4) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (Nl/2 SWI/4 NWI/4) of Section Seventeen (17), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT those tracts of land described in Survivorship Warranty Deeds
<br />recorded as Document #78-002889 and Document #79-006574 in the Register of deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
