<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 9. 1998 and recorded MARCH 12. 1998 the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER
<br />OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #98-102234 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED MAY 2,2001 AND
<br />RECORDED MAY 7, 2001 AS DOC # 0200104157 AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED
<br />JULY 23, 2003 AND RECORDED JULY 29, 2003 AS DOC # 0200309755;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />
<br />THE NORTH 366.8 FEET OF LOTS 12 AND 13 OF GEER SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 6-7-8 OF
<br />GARRETT'S SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
<br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, THENCE SOUTHERLY ON THE EAST LINE OF
<br />SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 366.8 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF 20TH STREET; THENCE
<br />WESTERLY ON THE NORTH LINE OF 20TH STREET A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO A POINT
<br />ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE NORTHERLY ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID
<br />LOT 13, A DISTANCE OF 366.8 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13;
<br />THENCE EASTERLY ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOTS 12 AND 13 A DISTANCE OF 132
<br />FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
