The Subdivider shall install public sidewalks adjacent to the north <br /> <br />side of Trust Street, and the west side ofOood Samaritan Place where they abut the subdivision with <br /> <br />the construction ofOood Samaritan Place. Other perimeter and interior sidewalks shall be installed <br /> <br />no later than at the completion of a building or structure on that lot. On lots with multiple buildings, <br /> <br />sidewalks shall be completed with occupancy of the first building. Sidewalks shall be required as <br /> <br />shown on the Landscape Plan (Exhibit "B") and adjacent to all public streets. <br /> <br />9. Design and Construction. No building shall be constructed within the <br /> <br />Subdivision except within the Building Envelope Areas as defined on the Development Plan (Exhibit <br /> <br />II A"). The buildings to be constructed shall be designed so that the exterior of such building shall be <br /> <br />architecturally and aesthetically compatible in material and color as agreed upon by the Subdivider <br /> <br />and City. The design and construction shall be in conformity with sound architectural and <br /> <br />engineering standards. No portion of any building constructed (including architectural features) shall <br /> <br />exceed a height of 35 feet above the center of the intersection of Enterprise Avenue and Good <br /> <br />Samaritan Place. <br /> <br />Buildings Permitted <br /> <br />Block 1 Lot 1 Maximum of a two Story Apartment Building no more than thirty- <br />five feet in height, with between 24 and 36 dwelling units. <br /> <br />Block 1 Lot 2 Maximum of four Buildings, no more than thirty-five feet in <br />height, for Skilled Care and Assisted Living, a maximum of 72 skilled care and <br />assisted living units, and Commons Building. These buildings may be connected <br />with an enclosed covered pedestrian walkway. <br /> <br />Block 1 Lot 3 Maximum of three Buildings up to two stories for Assisted Living <br />and Senior Housing Units, no more than thirty-five feet in height; Two buildings <br />with between 18 and 24 Assisted Living/Senior Housing Units and One building <br />with between 37 and 65 Senior Housing Apartments.
