ZISKA and TINA J. ZISKA 2120 William Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 You are hereby given Notice of Default under a Deed of Trust executed by EDWARD G. ZISKA and TINA J. ZISKA dated September 4, 1996, and recorded November 6, 1996, as Document No. 96-107037 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; said Deed of Trust securing the following property: LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust. Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became due and payable under a Promissory Note dated February 26, 2004, with a total principal balance due and owing as of June 24, 2008, of THIRTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN DOLLARS and FIFTY NINE CENTS ($36,787.59), unpaid interest of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR DOLLARS and FOURTEEN CENTS ($544.14) and late charges of THREE HUNDRED ONE DOLLARS and SIXTY FIVE CENTS ($301.65), for a total payoff of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY THREE DOLLARS and THIRTY EIGHT CENTS ($37,633.38), and per diem interest accruing at the rate of $7.66 from and after June 24, 2008. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, Five Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute ~76-1012. By virtue of said default, Trustee , Five Points Bank, has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations referred to above.
