ZISKA and TINA J. ZISKA dated January 31, <br />2002, and recorded February 1, 2002, as Document No. 200201309 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; said <br />Deed of Trust securing the following property: <br /> <br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) SCARFF'S ADDITION TO <br />WEST LAWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTy, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />NORTH FIFTY FEET (N 50') OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK EIGHT <br />(8), ORIGINAL TOWN NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br /> <br />SOUTH EIGHTY TWO FEET (S 82') OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK <br />EIGHT (8) ORIGINAL TOWN NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska <br />Banking Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of <br />Trust. <br /> <br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has <br />occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became <br />due and payable under a Promissory Note dated February 26, 2004, <br />with a total principal balance due and owing as of June 24, 2008, <br />of THIRTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN DOLLARS and <br />FIFTY NINE CENTS ($36,787.59), unpaid interest of FIVE HUNDRED <br />FORTY FOUR DOLLARS and FOURTEEN CENTS ($544.14) and late charges <br />of THREE HUNDRED ONE DOLLARS and SIXTY FIVE CENTS ($301.65), for a <br />total payoff of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY THREE <br />DOLLARS and THIRTY EIGHT CENTS ($37,633.38), and per diem interest <br />accruing at the rate of $7.66 from and after June 24, 2008. <br /> <br />In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, Five <br />Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this default <br />and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute 976-1012. <br /> <br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Five Points Bank, has <br />determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to <br />satisfy the obligations referred to above. <br /> <br />The default may be cured within Thirty (30) days of the <br />filing of this Notice, and the obligations of the Deed of Trust <br />may be thereby reinstated as provided in Nebraska Statute 976- <br />1012. <br /> <br />DATED: July <br /> <br />~ , 2008. <br />
