<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated December 15, 2000, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/Aor Instrument Number 2000-
<br />10885 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book_
