Ahlscbwede, Attorney, as <br />Trustee, dated November 14.2001. and recorded November 20.2001. in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200111871 regarding <br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Larrv L Brummund and Kathv M Brummund. Husband and Wife, as trustor, to <br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, <br />formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, dated November <br />14.2001. and recorded November 20.2001. in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200111871, has been paid, and the Beneficiary <br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
