HACK AND SHERI S. HACK (husband <br />and wife) did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, <br />as Trustee for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND INVESTMENT CO., therein referred to as Beneficiary; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has <br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property from the Beneficiary; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R.
