<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1..-'7JH- day of June, 2008, Wachovia Bank, N.A., as
<br />Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders of Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-3,
<br />Mortgage-Backed Notes, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Eric Franzen, Tia Franzen, LTS Title Services, Trustee and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being
<br />to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Eric Franzen and Tia Franzen,
<br />husband and wife, to LTS Title Services, as Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Aegis Funding Corporation, Beneficiary, to foreclose any
<br />, interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain an
<br />order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured
<br />by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated May 25, 2005,
<br />and was recorded on May 31,2005, as Instrument Number 200504900 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Lot Eleven (11), in Block Two (2), in Lambert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall COWlty, Nebraska;

<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment recorded
