GRANTOR does further hereby sell, assign, and transfer an undivided Eighty-Five Per Cent (85%) interest of any and all of GRANTOR's right, title and interest in the Wood River 69-12.47 kV Substation, located on the tract ofland described in the Grant of Easement and the equipment described in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference (except that GRANTOR does hereby sell, assign and transfer all of GRANTOR'S right, title and interest in the Nexus 1252 Totalizing Meter as indicated on the Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference) unto GRANTEE, to have and to hold unto GRANTEE and its successors and assigns forever.
