<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Housing
<br />Development Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />December 31, 2007, and recorded January 02,2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200800032, has been paJmi~j:and said Beneficiary does hereby
<br />request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the unde~signed Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to suCh premises:
