<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by McDermott and Miller,
<br />P.C., a Nebraska Professional Corporation, Trustee as Trustor, for the t;>enefit of WELLS FARGO BANK
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor Wells Fargo Bank, Nebraska, National Association, as a result of
<br />an acquisition and name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of March 24, 2003, and recorded on March
<br />28, 2003, in Instrument No. 0200303592 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any
<br />warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in
<br />said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at
<br />the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
