<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

<br />You are hereby notified that Jason C. Cornelius and Stacy Cornelius, husband and wife, Trustors,
<br />did on or about February 28, 2007, make, execute and deliver to Ticor Title Insurance Company, as
<br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property:
<br />
<br />"Lot Ten (10), Block Six (6), Morris Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, HaIl County,
<br />Nebraska"
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary of said Deed of
<br />Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on March 2, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200701630, Mortgage
<br />Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of HaIl County, Nebraska. That all beneficial interest
<br />under said Deed of Trust was subsequently and duly assigned to CitiMortgage, Inc., which Assignment is
<br />dated June 13, 2008 and recorded on June 23, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200805407 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HaIl County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obI igation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on February 1,2008 through June 1,2008, together
<br />with interest accruing thereon.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to seIl or cause to be sold the
<br />real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
