<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE-BY TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST DEED

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Max Gramann,CEO of Adams State Bank,
<br />Adams, State of Nebraska as trustee under the trust deed dated September 7,
<br />2001, executed by Chad A. Essex and Melissa K. Essex as husband & wife,
<br />as trustor, in which the Adams State Bank is named as beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as trustee, and recorded September 12, 2001 as instrument
<br />0200109232, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, has received from the Adams State Bank, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for
<br />cancellation;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of
<br />such trust deed, the undersigned, as trustee does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto the estate now held
<br />by it thereunder.
