Rev. Restrictions relating to use or improvement of the property without effective <br />forfeiture provisions. <br /> <br />3. Reservation of any mineral rights by the State in which the Real Property is located. <br /> <br />4. Utility and drainage easements which do not interfere with existing improvements. <br /> <br />5.
