<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David J.
<br />Epley and Kris L. Epley, husband and wife, to Ronald S. Depue, Trustee, and Wade Wilkins,
<br />Beneficiary, dated March 3, 2000, and recorded March 6, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 200001833, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:

<br />"A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE % NE %) of Section Fourteen (14)
<br />in Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Comer of the Northeast
<br />Comer of the Northeast Comer (NE % NE %)ofsaid Section Fourteen (14); thence running West
<br />along the North line of said Section, Twenty-two (22) Rods, thence South Eighteen and one-sixth
<br />(18 1/6) Rods; thence East Twenty-two (22) Rods to a point on the section line running along the
<br />East side of said section, Eighteen and one-sixth (18 1/6) Rods South of the place of beginning;
<br />thence North along said Section line to the place of beginning."

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
