Bowden and Lesley T. <br />Bowden, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the Cheryl S. Bowden Living Trust, <br />dated January 21, 2008, and any amendments thereto, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confinn unto Denise M. Vincent <br />and Craig R.
