MUNSTERMAN as Trustee of the HARVEY C. MUNSTERMAN TRUST <br />dated 1/6/95 (HARVEY C. MUNSTERMAN having died on 9/26/03), of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, <br />party of the first part, and WILLIAM O. MUNSTERMAN, a married person, of the County of Clay, State of <br />Nebraska, party of the second part. <br /> <br />(Mailing address of said first named grantee is: 602 I sl Street, Glenvil, NE 68941) <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: THAT THE SAID PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, in consideration of the sum of <br />Ten ($10,00) Dollars to it paid by said party of the second part (the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged), in <br />accordance with the Trust Agreement with WILLIAM O. MUNSTERMAN of Clay County, Nebraska, as Trustee <br />of the HARVEY C. MUNSTERMAN TRUST and in accordance with said trust in which according to Article <br />Third, Paragraph E, the power to sell is given to said Trustee, does by these presents Grant, Bargain and Sell, <br />Convey and Confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns the following described lots, tracts <br />or parcels of land lying, being and situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S 1/2 SE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Nine <br />(9) North, of Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P,M" in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />FURTHER, that said Trust Agreement is in effect as executed on 1/6/95, and that WILLIAM O. <br />MUNSTERMAN is currently the Trustee and is competent <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid with all and singular, the rights, privileges, <br />appurtenances and immunities thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the party of the second part and <br />unto his heirs and assigns forever; the said WILLIAM O. MUNSTERMAN as Trustee of the HARVEY C. <br />MUNSTERMAND TRUST dated 1/6/95, hereby covenanting that it is lawfully seized of an indeteasible estate in <br />fee of the premises herein conveyed; that the said trust has good right to convey the same; that the said premises are <br />free and clear from any incumbrance done or suffered by it or those under whom it claims; and that it will warrant <br />and defend the title to the said premises unto the said party of the second part and unto his heirs and assigns forever, <br />against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said party of the first part has hereunto set its hand and seal the day and <br />year above written. <br /> <br />~~O~~14'JV <br />WILLIAM O.
