On the 10th day of October, 2006, I prepared a Hall County, Nebraska Trustee's Deed for William O. Munsterman to sign as Grantor. 2. That aforementioned Trustee's Deed was recorded with the Hall County, Nebraska Recorder of Deeds on the 4th day of June, 2008, as Document Number 0200804813, a copy of which is attached. 3. The aforementioned Trustee's deed was recorded with an improper notary acknowledgement. 4. The Grantor, William O. Munsterman was signing the deed in his capacity as Trustee of the Harvey C. Munsterman Trust dated 01/06/1995 and not as an individual. 5. The legal description for the aforementioned real property is as follows: The South Half ofthe Southeast Quarter (S1/2 SE1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Nine (9) North, of Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. 6. That this error was not discovered until after the deed had been recorded. 7. That the above statements are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
