Edwards and Craig Edwards, Trustors under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 3, 2006 as Instrument No. <br />0200602887, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />A certain part of the El/2EI/2SWI/4 of Section Four (4), in Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of the El/2EI/2SWl/4 of Section 4, running <br />thence North upon and along the West line of said El/2El/2SWI/4 of said Section, 136.0 <br />feet, running thence East parallel to the South line of said Section 4, 80.0 feet, running <br />thence South parallel to the West line of said El/2El/2SWl/4 of said Section 136.0 feet to a <br />point on the South line of said Section, running thence West upon and along the South line <br />of said Section, 80.0 feet to the actual point of beg inning, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee <br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said <br />indebtedness. <br /> <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute <br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the <br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the <br />original creditor is different from the above-named creditor, the name and address ofthe original creditor will <br />be provided to you if you request this information in writing from the undersigned within thirty (30) days <br />from your receipt of this notice.
