<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 24, 1998 executed by Grone's Inc., in which Five Points
<br />Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98-106216,
<br />on the 26th day of June, 1998, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT SIX (6), BLOCK THIRTY-TWO (32), ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND THAT PART OF VACATED STREET AS
<br />SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 4795 RECORDED DECEMBER 3, 1969 IN THE
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE IN BOOK 19, PAGE 341 AND THAT PART OF
<br />VACATED STREET AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 5114 RECORDED
<br />DECEMBER 21, 1971 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE IN BOOK 22, PAGE
<br />431.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
