<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JARED J CORNELIUS AND KARl J CORNELIUS. HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated FEBRUARY 15. 2008 and recorded FEBRUARY 27. 2008 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200801562 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
