Grantee warrants that after the initial construction and installation of the <br /> <br />transmission line pursuant to plan disclosed to Grantor, Grantee will not erect or install <br />any additional improvements in the easement area. <br />The Grantee by accepting and recording of public record the above and foregoing <br />easement does hereby agree with the Grantors, their successors and assigns that any <br />damage caused to planted or growing crops within the easement area by the Grantee its <br />agents or contractors will be reimbursed to Grantors of their successors and assigns for <br />the fair and reasonable value of said damage or destroyed crop. <br />The Grantors, their successors and assigns reserve the right and privilege of <br />entering into and upon the described premises preparing the same for cultivation and all <br />other farming purposes, and the right to use the surface of said premises for farming <br />purposes, without in any manner interfering with the use of said premises by the Grantee <br />and the maintenance and operation of said power transmission line. <br />Grantor anc:l.9E~~t::,"~~:$~!?,1~r~s,l..~!J!Q~,~,~$~~gtt~_,'V)'~itt9g,':Qp~~~ Agreement" <br />defining their respective rights, duties and obligations in connection with the use and <br />occupation of the easement area; a copy of the "Operating Agreement" will be kept on <br />tile at all times at the office of the Wood River City Clerk and the terms and conditions of <br />said "Operating Agreement" shall be enforceable against each of the parties hereto, their <br />successors and assigns as if set forth in its entirety in this document. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have caused this easement to becxecuteq <br />the ~ n4 day Of4/1 FDD7. . <br /> <br />\: <br />~ <br />
