<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy l Hall and Mary L Hall as original
<br />Trustors to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of Principal Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded September 19,
<br />2003, in the mortgage records in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book m Page -m-Instrument
<br />0200312555, has been paid in full, and has requested in 507 W 13th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary thereunder, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:

<br />Office of the Hall County, hereby appoints and substitutes Barbara C. Mueller as Trustee in lieu of the
<br />Trustee therein.
