<br />AMENDMENT OF THE BY -LAWS OF WESTWOOD PARK 1 <br />CONDOMINIUM UNIT OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />200509783 <br /> <br />The Master Deed and Declaration and the By-Laws of Westwood Park Condominium Unit <br />Owners Association Inc. were recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on June <br />17,2003 as Document Number 200307657. <br /> <br />All members of Westwood Park 1 Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc. voted to change <br />and amend Article III, Section 2 (b) of the By-Laws to provide as follows: <br /> <br />(B)Determination of the common expenses required for the affairs of the Condominium, <br />including, without limitation, the operation and maintenance of the condominium property. <br />Common expenses of the Association shall include garbage expenses. <br /> <br />We the undersigned warrant that we are members ofthe Association under which we are executing <br />this agreement, and we do find all future members, personal representatives, successors, and assigns <br />to the terms and provisions of the above amendment in lieu of the provisions provided in the <br />original By-Laws of Westwood Park I Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we the undersigned have executed this agreement on the day set forth <br />by our signature. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />,-...,j, ;:'-, ( <br />Ron Tobin <br /> <br />i (' ,...., <br />\." ..
