<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 29TH. 2004 and recorded MARCH 31sT. 2004 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
