<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings f/kJa Security Bank, as
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April 11 , 2000, executed by Kristen Marshall Maser and
<br />Matthew D. Maser, wife and husband, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Hastings f/kla
<br />Security Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #0200003156 on the
<br />19th day of April, 2000, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings f/kla Security Bank, as
<br />Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of Hastings f/kla Security Bank, as Beneficiary,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:

<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Seven (7) in Ashton Place, and Lot One (1), Block Three
<br />(3), Parkhill Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Documents No. 87-
<br />106982 and 87-105993.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust , the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, this 18th day of June, 2008.
