<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated September 17, 2003, executed by MATTHEW 0 MASER and KRISTEN L
<br />MASER; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument # 0200313358 on the 7th day of October, 2003,

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
<br />from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), IN BLOCK SEVEN (7) IN ASHTON PLACE, AND LOT ONE
<br />(1), BLOCK THREE (3), PARKHILL SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING THEREFROM TRACTS
<br />OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENTS NO. 87-106982 AND
<br />87-105993.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, this 18th day of June, 2008.
