<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />AND HUSBAND to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated APRIL 13.2006 and recorded APRIL 21. 2006 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall Coooty, Nebraska, as Instrument 200603557 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed arid delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
