<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN that on the 17 day of June, 2008, LaSalle Bank National
<br />Association, as Trustee for Ownit Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series
<br />2006~5, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Shane R.
<br />Bolles and Amy M. Hill, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Shane R. Bolles, a single person, and Amy M. Hill, a
<br />single person, to 1 SI American Insurance Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Ownit Mortgage Solutions, Inc., Beneficiary, to
<br />foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to
<br />obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness
<br />secured by such deed of trust, including all buildings, structures, improvements, and attachments located
<br />within the above-described real estate permanently affixed to said real estate and made a permanent part
<br />thereof, and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated May 22, 2006, and was recorded
<br />on May 24,2006, as Instrument Number 0200604618 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />ALL OF LOT 7, EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 4.0 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 102.0 FEET
<br />THEREOF; AND THE EASTERLY 3.0 FEET OF THE NORTHERLY 30.0 FEET OF LOT 6,
<br />ALL IN BLOCK 5, RUSSELL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;

<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on June 10, 2008, as Instrument Number 0200805000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
