<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 3rd, 1998 & March 19th, 2004 executed by Dennis C
<br />Hopkins and Sherry L Hopkins, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98-112393, on the 16th day of
<br />December, 1998, and Document #0200403064, on the 31st day of March, 2004 and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />EAST FORTY-FIVE (45) FEET OF LOTS ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN (113) AND
<br />ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN (114), HAWTHORNE PLACE, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
