<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deeds of Trust dated May 14, 1993, and November 23, 1994, and Extension Agreement for
<br />Deed of Trust dated January 18, 1994, executed by Revival Center, Trustor, in which Five Points
<br />Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on May 17, 1993, recorded as Document No. 93-
<br />103961, and on November 28, 1994, recorded as Document No. 94-109441, and on January 25,
<br />1994, as Document No. 94-100684, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND THREE (3), BLOCK TWENTY-NINE (29), HIGHLAND PARK ADDITION, CITY
<br />TO GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT FIVE (5), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), IN WALLICHS' ADDITION, AND
<br />ITS COMPLEMENT, TO WIT FRACTION LOT FIVE (5), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK THREE (3), IN ROLLINS'
<br />ADDITION, BOTH BEING ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 18th day of June, 2008.
