Harris, also known as Marie Cordelia Harris, died April 3, 2005 at 95 <br />years of age and a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. She was an unremarried widow at <br />the time of her death. <br />2. The value of the Decedent's interest in all real estate in the Decedent's estate <br />located in the state of Nebraska or elsewhere does not exceed $25,000.00. Her only <br />interest in real estate in the state of Nebraska is an undivided one-half interest in the <br />following described real estate: <br />The Southerly Fifty-six Feet (56') of Lot One (1), in Block Fourteen (14), <br />in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />3. Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent as shown on a <br />certified Death Certificate attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />4. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is <br />pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />5. The undersigned as claiming successor is entitled to the above described <br />property by reason of being the only child of the Decedent and would inherit the property in <br />this intestate estate. <br />6.
