<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporati~n, as Trustee,__.
<br />under the Deed ofTfust datea December2oth, 2006 executed by Juan Munoz, a single
<br />person, and Delmi A. Rodriguez, a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200611294, on the 21st day of
<br />December, 2006, and an Modification Of Deed of Trust dated January 14th, 2008, executed
<br />between Juan Munoz and Delmi Rodriguez which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200800571 on the 24th day of January, 2008,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Fractional Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Nagy's Addition to Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and its complement Fractional Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3rd day of June 2008.
