Nyce Testamentary Trust, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Midwest <br />Farming Properties I, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, GRANTEE, conveys to <br />GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
