<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated March 27,2008 and executed by Hastings Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200802866 at the Register of Deeds
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 7th day of April, 2008
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1 ), Woodland Park 6th Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16th day of June, 2008.
