<br />1. The real estate subject to this lien is commonly know as the Pioneer Trails
<br />Energy, LLC, Wood River Ethanol Plant, 7878 South 140th Road, Wood River, Nebraska,
<br />and is legally described as follows:

<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Cargill Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska

<br />2. The parties against whose interest in the real estate the lien is claimed is:
<br />Pioneer Trails Energy, LLC, 1801 Broadway, Suite 1060, Denver, Colorado, 80202, and/or
<br />Cargill Incorporated, 15407 McGinty Road West, Wayzata, Minnesota, 55391.

<br />3. The name and address of the claimant is: Chief Construction Company,
<br />2107 S. North Road, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803.

<br />4. The name and address of the person with whom the claimant contracted is:
<br />The Industrial Company Wyoming, Inc., 1474 Willer Drive, Casper, Wyoming, 82604.

<br />5. A general description of the claimant's services performed and material
<br />furnished for the improvement is: Furnishment of materials and services for construction
<br />of the following structures at the Pioneer Trails Energy, LLC, Wood River Ethanol Plant:
<br />fermentation building, main process building, DD&E electrical building, administration
<br />building, boiler building, DD&E building # 1, DD&E building #2, DOGS storage building,
<br />DOGS load out building, and fire pump building.

<br />6. The total contract price is: $8,177,977.08

<br />7. The amount unpaid to the claimant for the services is: $3,415,791.65 plus
<br />interest at 12%per annum from the dates of billing, as said amount is due and has been
<br />withheld by unreasonable delay of payment.
