<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS,allof the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Phil A.
<br />- --Maderand Linda-L. Mader, husband and wife, borrowe{S to Lawyers Title insurance ---
<br />Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of Elizabeth G. Bosserman, an unmarried widow,
<br />the beneficiary named therein, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska filed Jun 2.1995 as Document Number 95-103658 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant,
<br />reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and
<br />interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:

<br />The SW % of Section 27, township 12 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom a certain tract of land more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast comer of the SW % of Section 27, Township 12 North,
<br />Range 9; thence northerly along the easterly line of the SW % a distance of 1,162.50 feet;
<br />thence running westerly parallel to the northerly line of said SW Y. a distance of 1,345.52
<br />feet to the easterly line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence southerly along said right of
<br />way line, a distance of 1,146.73 feet to the South line of Section 27; thence easterly along
<br />said South Une of Section 27, a distance of 1,293.45 feet to the place of beginning.
