<br />of Rents and Leases herein after described as "Deed of Trust" dated March 9, 2006, and filed March 10,2006, as
<br />Document#0200602138, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Thomas O'Neill and Jill O'Neill as
<br />Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in
<br />consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
